Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange. To start a return, just reach out to our customer service team at contact waqas.khattak8355@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions.

Refunds

After we get your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will go back to the original payment method. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’ll need to cover the return shipping unless we’ve made a mistake or the item is defective.

Exchanges

Want to swap an item for a different size or color? Contact our customer service team, and we’ll help you arrange the exchange and get you the right product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that’s damaged or defective, let us know right away at contact waqas.khattak8355@gmail.com. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
